About Earth Wisdom Center
Earth Wisdom Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to help people restore a sacred relationship with the land.
We are building a home for teachings and interviews from earth-rooted traditions, shared by people who want this knowledge offered publicly for the benefit of humans and the Earth.
Our purpose is to help modern people move beyond visiting nature and begin learning how to relate to the land with reverence, responsibility, and care.
About Anil
For most of my life, I loved nature deeply, but I felt that I was missing some essential way of interacting and connecting with it. When I began studying ancient practices for entering into relationship with the land, a whole new way of viewing our sacred natural world emerged.
Although I had been meditating since childhood and had spent much of my life on a spiritual path, it became clear to me that these earth-rooted practices were the missing piece. Without a sacred relationship with nature, something essential was missing.
I soon knew I had to build a home for what I was learning, and I founded Earth Wisdom Center. I grew up inside a meditation community, practiced meditation for decades, studied at Buddhist centers for over a decade, served as Assistant Director of a 70-acre meditation retreat center, and spent years managing projects, people, and operations.
I felt that my background gave me a unique opportunity to do this work justice and finally offer people a way to reclaim their sacred relationship with the earth.
My personal purpose is to bring these practices to you, to help you reclaim your sacred relationship with the natural world. I hope this will bring benefit to all who practice as well as to the earth, so deeply in need of humans who understand and wish to rekindle our sacred relationship.

Earth Wisdom Center works with Indigenous teachers who want their teachings shared for public learning. We share only what they approve, with respect for what should remain private or protected for their communities.
The purpose is to help people restore a sacred relationship with the land, for the benefit of those who practice and the Earth itself.
For Tradition Keepers Who Want To Share
Earth Wisdom Center seeks teachers who grew up within an ancestral earth-rooted tradition and received knowledge directly, in the way it has been passed down for generations.
We are seeking people who carry inherited knowledge and want to offer public teachings for modern people, as part of restoring the sacred relationship between humans and the Earth.
